The Mother's Day Collection brings together three things we made this month — each one considered on its own, and better together.
May Selections — 9-Piece Bonbon Box
Cherry Blossom Cheesecake. Orange blossom and Pistachio Crunch. Yuzu Curd over an Almond praline. Nine bonbons with a limited hand-painted artwork, made for this Mother’s Day.
Mini Praline Bar — Caramelised White Chocolate, Roasted Almonds & Toasted Buckwheat
A dark chocolate shell over a crunchy praline filling — caramelised white chocolate worked into the praline until the sweetness rounds out, toasted buckwheat giving it a light earthiness and textural crunch. Roasted almonds throughout. A small bar that mum will want to savour over her weekend.
Chocolate Coated Honeycomb — Orange Blossom Honey, Northern Rivers
50g of honeycomb, hand-dipped in chocolate. Made with orange blossom honey sourced for us by Jack at BeeOneThird from the Northern Rivers — lighter and more floral than anything we've used before. The honey changes the character of the honeycomb entirely. It tastes like something from a place you've been once and can't quite remember.
Everything arrives together, ready to give.
The Mother's Day Collection is available until Sunday 3 May only. After that, the May Selections continue on their own.
Pre-orders close Sunday 3 May. Dispatch Monday 4 and Tuesday 5 May. Orders placed after Sunday 3 May may not arrive in time for Mother's Day.
