Humans are curious creatures, we get as much satisfaction from the memory of eating food as we do through taste. At BASIK we will tap into your memories that you formed as a child, and bring you back to that delicious treat you ate at a time where the world was simpler and your senses stronger. In addition, we hope to imprint new everlasting memories with potential undiscovered flavour combinations.
The BASIK releases are usually comprised of two flavour notes. Through each offering you will find a dominant primary and complementary secondary note. This concept harkens back to high quality whisk(e)y, with two influences, the spirit and the cask. With all BASIK releases, the two influences come from within the ganache, which are designed to spark your curiosity, challenge your palate and, most importantly, give you a true culinary orgasm.
