July Selections’ is about daydreaming and much more — it’s an ode for those who dare to dream and dream big!

We have been working on new combinations and sourcing epic ingredients from unique producers from both, home and abroad. This month comes with some specialty ingredients from our friends over at The Good Grub Hub, which I can firmly say is our link from Australia to Japan. Featuring a new combination and new ingredients - Kumquat’s & Mirin, Cue refinement and elegance with Kumquats gently poached in Hon Mirin Mikawa as opposed to reliving “You Mirin Brah” from 2010.

A new and special Dark Roast Hojicha Tea along with a palate cleanser featuring a Blood Orange Jelly and Five Spice.

Lastly, the return of a BASIK Chocolates All-Star combination — our Miso Caramel & Black Garlic - with our own local (Gold Coast) producer of rice-based Miso, Rice Culture.
