As Mother’s Day approaches, we have chosen to dedicate our May Selections’ as an ode to all the mums’ in the world, past, present and the future.

My mum was an avid home baker, as such we have brought back a BASIK fan-favourite, dedicated to her — our Carrot Cake Couverture bonbon.

Another is a similar play on a chocolate biscuit my mum used to make, this features a Hazelnut Praline with Hazelnuts sourced from a Truelight Hazelnut farm’s in Melbourne.

Our Palate cleanser features a take on “Peaches & Tea” using White Tea paired with Floral Bitters of Peaches & Chrysanthemum.

And to finish our ode, a little cap off of Cheese & Muscat Grape Jelly.
